This effort is in reference to prior Solicitation Number W58RGZ-20-R-0240. This is a Limited Competitive requirement and will be awarded using Sealed Bidding. The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul for the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Shaft Assembly, Drive Input NSN P/N 1615-01-113-0248 145D3400-23 Output NSN P/N 1615-01-113-0248 145D3400-23 Estimated Quantity Range: 10 Minimum - 216 Maximum FMS Quantity: 36 The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), maintenance and overhaul contract, with minimum/maximum quantities listed above. The maximum quantity includes a quantity for Foreign Military Sales. Authority cited is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Only one responsible source or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A Depot Maintenance Work Requirement is available for this effort, however the Shaft Assembly, Drive is a Critical Safety Item (CSI) and must only be overhauled by approved sources. A Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. This procurement is restricted to Columbia Helicopters Inc. (CAGE Code 7W206) and The Boeing Company (CAGE Code 77272). Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Request (SAR) in order to become an approved source by submitting documentation in accordance with the AMCOM Maintenance and Overhaul SAR Guidance. These procedures are outlined at the following website: https://www.avmc.army.mil/Directorates/SRD/SAR/. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date the solicitation is released; however, the solicitation will not post prior to the closing date stated above.
