This effort is in reference to prior Solicitation Number W58RGZ-21-R-0125. This is a Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA) and will be awarded utilizing Sealed Bidding. ****ATTENTION**** ALL FORM COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO Meagan Melton, Contract Specialist, CCAM-ALA via meagan.m.melton.civ@mail.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted. The contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul for the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: COOLER, LUBRICATING INPUT/OUTPUT NSN: 2935-01-112-2979 INPUT/OUTPUT P/N: UA537603-2 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 10 each – Maximum 219 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 37 each) The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336412 and the size standard is 1,500 employees. The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), maintenance and overhaul contract, with minimum/maximum quantities listed above. The maximum quantity includes a quantity for FMS. The Cooler, Lubricating is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Technical data to include a Depot Maintenance Requirement (DMWR) is available for this effort. The following DMWR is adequate for full and open competition: DMWR 55-1615-318, Revision Date: 15 April 2016, No Change #. A Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. This is a Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date dependent upon the date of the release of the solicitation; however; the solicitation will not open prior to the closing date stated on the synopsis.
