This contract action is for a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Maintenance and Overhaul of the following item: NOMENCLATURE: Coupling, Drive Shaf INPUT NSN: 1615-01-319-5092 OUTPUT NSN: 1615-01-319-5092 INPUT P/N: 145D3500-17 OUTPUT P/N: 145D3500-17 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 20 each – Maximum 354 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 59 each) The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. The Coupling, Drive Shaf is a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 55-1615-322, revision date: 11/11/2016, is adequate to support the overhaul of the Coupling, Drive Shaf; however, because this item is a Critical Safety Item (CSI) overhaul can only be performed by the approved sources. Currently the only known approved sources for the overhaul are The Boeing Company (CAGE: 77272), and Columbia Helicopters Inc (CAGE: 7W206). Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Request (SAR) in order to become an approved source by submitting documentation in accordance with the procedures outlined at the following website: https://www.avmc.army.mil/Directorates/SRD/SAR/ The closing date annotated is an estimated date dependent upon the date of the release of the solicitation; however; the solicitation will not open prior to the closing date stated on the synopsis.
