This contract action is for a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Maintenance and Overhaul of the following item: NOMENCLATURE: Actuator, Electro-Me INPUT NSN: 1680-01-120-7641 OUTPUT NSN: 1680-01-120-7641 INPUT P/N: 145CS114-2 OUTPUT P/N: 145CS114-2 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 30 each – Maximum 516 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 86 each) The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. The Actuator, Electro-Me is a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 55-1680-289, revision date: 07/19/2013, is adequate to support the overhaul of the Actuator, Electro-Me; however, because this item is a Critical Safety Item (CSI) overhaul can only be performed by the approved sources. Currently the only known approved sources for the overhaul data for the Actuator, Electro-Me, are The Boeing Company (CAGE: 77272), and Professional Aircraft Accessories Inc. (PAA) (CAGE: 08XL0). Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Request (SAR) in order to become an approved source by submitting documentation in accordance with the procedures outlined at the following website: https://www.avmc.army.mil/Directorates/SRD/SAR/ The closing date annotated is an estimated date dependent upon the date of the release of the solicitation; however; the solicitation will not open prior to the closing date stated on the synopsis.
