The Contractor, as an independent Contractor, and not as an agent or employee of the Government, shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data employee of the Government, shall furnish all services, facilities, labor parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul of the following: NOMENCLATURE: Actuator Assembly Weapon System: CH-47 Chinook Input/Output NSN: 1650-01-118-5606 Input/Output Part Number: SYLC-50480-60/05624 or 145CS100-6/77272 Estimated Qty Range: 10 Minimum – 300 Maximum The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 336413 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. The Actuator Assembly is a critical Safety Item (CSI) and must be overhauled by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or other approved sources. Therefore, the requirement is restricted to Boeing Helicopter Inc. (CAGE Code: 77272) and GE Aviation Systems LLC (CAGE Code: 05624). Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Request (SAR) in order to become an approved source by submitting documentation in accordance to with the AMCOM Maintenance and Overhaul SAR Guidance. These procedures are outlined at the following website: https://www.avmc.army.mil/Directorates/SRD/SAR/. The solicitation will not close prior to the date stated on the solicitation.
