The Actuator Assembly is a critical Safety Item (CSI) and must be overhauled by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or other approved sources. Therefore, the requirement is restricted to Boeing Helicopter Inc. (CAGE Code: 77272) and GE Aviation Systems LLC (CAGE Code: 05624). Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Request (SAR) in order to become an approved source by submitting documentation in accordance to with the AMCOM Maintenance and Overhaul SAR Guidance.
