The Contractor, as an independent Contractor, and not as an agent or employee of the Government, shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul for the following: NOMENCLATURE: Actuator Assembly Weapon System: CH-47 Chinook Input NSN: 1680-01-118-5605 Input P/N: 145CS100-7, SYLC50480-70 Output NSN: 1680-01-118-5605 Output P/N: SYLC50480-70 Estimated Qty Range: 10 Minimum– 180 Maximum Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) 3 Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. The Actuator Assembly is a Critical Safety Item (CSI) and must be overhauled by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or other approved sources. Therefore, the requirement is restricted to Boeing Helicopter Inc (CAGE Code: 77272) and GE Aviation Systems LLC (CAGE Code: 05624). Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Request (SAR) in order to become an approved source by submitting documentation in accordance to with the AMCOM Maintenance and Overhaul SAR Guidance. These procedures are outlined at the following website: https://www.avmc.army.mil/Directorates/SRD/SAR/. Questions concerning SAR submission can be directed to the M&O SAR Team via email: usarmy.redstone.ccdc-avmc.mbx.ed-sar@mail.mil.
