DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul/upgrade of the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Accessory Section Module INPUT NSN: P/N: 2840-01-284-2662 6071T27G01 OUTPUT NSN: P/N: 2840-01-284-2662 6071T27G01 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 30 each – Maximum 228 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 38 each) The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul type contract, with minimum/maximum quantities listed above. These items are non-commercial; FAR Part 12 will not be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. Pursuant to the provisions of Public Law No. 108-136, National Defense Authorization Act Fiscal Year 2004, Section 802, Quality Control in Procurement of Aviation CSI and Related Services, as implemented for acquisition by Department of Defense Regulation Supplement (DFARS 209-270), contracts for modification, repair, or overhaul of a CSI can only be awarded to a source approved by Sustainment Readiness Division (SRD). This procurement is restricted to General Electric Company (CAGE Code 35351), 3290 Patterson Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512-1934 (CAGE Code 35351. Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 1-2840-248-1/-2/-3/-4, Change #5, Revision Date 30 September 2014 and all applicable Maintenance Engineering Orders (MEOs) are available for this Overhaul requirement. The overhaul shall be accomplished in accordance with contractor overhaul specifications and drawings.
