The proposed contractual action will be a 5 year Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the following: NOUN: TOOL KIT, AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE NSN: 5180-01-628-2376 P/N: CATSSMTK14 Estimated Quantity: 10 Each Minimum - 100 Each Maximum NOUN: TOOL KIT, AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE NSN: 5180-01-628-2371 P/N: CATSPPTK14 Estimated Quantity: 25 Each Minimum - 100 Each Maximum The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332216 and the size standard is 500 employees. F.O.B. Origin. Required delivery is 60 days after contract award (DACA). These item are restricted to IDSC Holdings LLC Doing Business As (DBA) Snap-On Industrial (CAGE Code: 55719) because the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval (SAR) in order to become an approved source by submitting documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping List procedures. The solicitation will not close prior to the closing date listed on the solicitation. Award of this requirement will not be withheld pending SARs. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. Requests for solicitation will be accepted by mail or email. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date the solicitation is released; however, the solicitation will not post prior to the closing date stated above.
