This contract action is for a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Maintenance and Overhaul of the following item: NOMENCLATURE: Electro Actuator INPUT NSN: 1680-01-408-7445 1680-01-585-6354 OUTPUT NSN: 1680-01-585-6354 INPUT P/N: 145C6100-4 145C6100-5 OUTPUT P/N: 145C6100-5 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 30 each – Maximum 612 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 102 each) The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 and the size standard is 1250 employees. The Electro Actuator is a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 55-1680-350, revision date: 03/14/2014, is adequate to support the upgrade/overhaul of the Electro Actuator; however, because this item is a Critical Safety Item (CSI) upgrade/overhaul can only be performed by an approved source. Currently the only known approved source for the upgrade/overhaul for the Electro Actuator, is The Boeing Company (CAGE: 77272). The closing date annotated is an estimated date dependent upon the date of the release of the solicitation; however; the solicitation will not open prior to the closing date stated on the synopsis.
