The maximum quantity includes a quantity for Foreign Military Sales. Authority cited is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Only one responsible source or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). No Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) has been identified for this requirement, and therefore, the assets must be overhauled by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). A Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. This procurement is restricted to DRS Data and Imaging Systems. (CAGE Code 12339). The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.219-8, Utilization of Small Business Concerns and FAR Clause 52.219-9, Small Business Subcontracting Plan will be included in the resulting contract.
