These items are not commercial, so FAR Part 12 will be not utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. For the Pump, Hydraulic, DMWR 1-4320-271, Revision Date 06/29/2012, Change #1 has been identified for this effort. For the Cylinder Assembly, DMWR-1-1650-381, No Change Number, dated 20 October 2018 has been identified for this effort. For the remaining items, no DMWR has been identified for this effort. Currently, the only known approved sources for the repair data for the Pump, Hydraulic; Servocylinder Assembly; Cylinder Assembly; and Servocylinder is Parker Hannifin Corporation (Large Business). Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Requests (SAR) in order to become an approve source. These procedures are outlined at the following website: https://www.avmc.army.mil/Directorates/SRD/SAR/. For security reasons, the DMWRs cannot be posted with the solicitation. DMWRs can be obtained by contacting Mr. Edward McConnell at the AMCOM Publications Office via E-mail: edward.n.mcconnell1.civ@mail.mil. Requesting companines must fill out the Military Critical Technical Data Agreement (DD Form 2345) and include it with an requests for technical data. A copy of DD Form 2345 can be found at the website: http://www.dlis.dla.mil/JCP/forms/DD2345Form.pdf. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. Requests for the solicitation shall be by Email to andrew.e.cameron.civ@mail.mil. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Amendment 0001: The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to revise the minimum quantities applicable to this acquisition.
