Interested parties who have capability to perform the above effort should respond to this notice and identify your business size and socio economic status as applicable. All submissions must include full company names, Point of Contact (POC) to include position, office and mobile phone numbers and email address. The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) maintenance and overhaul contract, with minimum / maximum quantities listed above. The maximum quantity includes a quantity of 0 or Foreign Military Sales. Authority cited is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy this agency’s requirement. The solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated on the solicitation. Award of this requirement will not be withheld pending SARs.
