The Army Contracting Command - Redstone has a requirement for FY20, FY21, and FY22 technical services and depot spares for Certificates Ground Based Sense and Avoid (GBSAA) Lightweight Surveillance and Target Acquisition Radar Version 3.0 (LSTAR (V)3) Radar systems. The requirement of SRC Inc. will be Depot-Level maintenance and sustainment support at all Contiguous United Sates (CONUS) radar locations. Maintenance and sustainment requirements shall apply to all Certified GBSAA LSTAR (V)3 Radars managed or purchased by PM UAS. SRC Inc. shall be responsible for supply, maintenance and technical/logistics support, urgent repairs and services, Depot-Level maintenance and Repair of Reparable (ROR) support. The contractor shall provide Depot-Level personnel, support, test equipment and logistics support necessary to maintain Fully Mission Capable readiness rates at CONUS radar locations. Justification and Approval applies to an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis for SRC Inc., 7502 Round Pond Road, North Syracuse, NY, 13212-3259, Cage Code 28541. The requirement is subject to the availability of funds. Authority Cited: Statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 United States Code (USC) 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." Firms that recognize and can perform the required service above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation.
