DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to accomplish the maintenance and overhaul of the following asset: NOMENCLATURE: ALTIMETER, PRESSURE INPUT NSN: 6610-01-091-3702 OUTPUT NSN: 6610-01-091-3702 INPUT P/N: 10450-31327 OUTPUT P/N: 10450-31327 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 80 each - Maximum 1056 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 176 each) THIS PROCUREMENT IS SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul contract, with minimum / maximum quantities listed above. The maximum quantity includes a quantity for Foreign Military Sales. There is a Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) for this requirement, DMWR-55-6610-354, Revision Date: 09/02/2014, No Change #. This is NOT a Critical Safety Item (CSI). A Product Verification Audit (PVA) IS required. This procurement is Small Business set-aside and only businesses meeting that requirement will be evaluated for contract award. Award of this requirement will not be withheld pending SARs. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date the solicitation is released; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
