The contractor shall furnish all labor, facilities, parts, materials, equipment, tools and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to accomplish the overhaul of the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Main Rotor Blade INPUT NSNs: P/Ns: 1615-01-074-5150 70150-09100-041 1615-01-106-1903 70150-09100-043 OUTPUT NSN: P/N: 1615-01-106-1903 70150-09100-043 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 500 each - Maximum 3,984 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 664 each) The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul type contract, with minimum / maximum quantities listed above. These items are not commercial, so FAR Part 12 will be not utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. DMWR 1-1615-281, Revision Date 02/10/2012, has been identified for this effort; however, the Main Rotor Blade is a Critical Safety Item (CSI) and is limited only to the approved sources by AED. The following sources are currently listed as approved sources for this effort: Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, 6900 Main St., Stratford, CT 06614-1378 (CAGE Code 78286) and International Aviation Composites, 8715 Harmon Rd., Fort Worth, TX 76177-7501 (CAGE Code 1BHR6). Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Requests (SAR) in order to become an approve source by submitting documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping List procedures. These procedures are outlined at the following website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. Requests for the solicitation shall be by mail. You may mail your request to Andrew Cameron, CCAM-ALB, Building 5303, 2nd Floor, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898- 5000. Email requests should be sent to andrew.e.cameron.civ@mail.mil. Proposals can be hand-carried, mailed via the US Postal Service, or delivered by a commercial delivery service. No FAX or email responses shall be accepted for the initial proposal. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
