This contract action is for a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Maintenance and Overhaul of the following item: NOMENCLATURE: HEAD ROTARY WING, MAIN INPUT NSN: 1615-01-512-0889 OUTPUT NSN: 1615-01-512-0889 INPUT P/N: 7-311411003-625 OUTPUT P/N: 7-311411003-625 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 120 each - Maximum 720 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 120 each) The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. The Head Rotary Wing, Main, is a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 1-1615-312, revision date: 07/09/2010, is adequate to support the overhaul of the Gearbox Assembly, AI; however, because this item is a Critical Safety Item (CSI), overhaul can only be performed by the approved sources. Currently the only known approved sources for the overhaul data for the Head Rotary Wing, Main, are The Boeing Company (CAGE: 8V613), Professional Aircraft Accessories (CAGE: 08XL0), PCX Aerostructures (CAGE: 82001) and AAR Aircraft Component Services (CAGE: 3Y015). Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Request (SAR) in order to become an approved source by submitting documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping List procedures. The solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated on the solicitation.
