NO TELEPHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The Army Contracting Command - Redstone proposes to issue solicitation number W58RGZ-19-R-0033. This requirement is for the procurement of Engineering Services for PM Air Warrior in support of the Air Soldier System. The action is a sole source requirement to include repair of GPS Message Routers, Computer and Display System LRUs, and Electornic Data Managers. The support includes technical and system integration support, software maintenance, software updates, and documentation of technical data. Pursuant to 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2) this propopsed contract action for services and hardware which the Government intendes to solicti and negotiate with only one sources: Raytheon Company, 6125 E. 21st Street, Indianapolis, IN 46219, CAGE Code: 072E5. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit a proposal. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTES.. However, all proposals received within thirty days (30) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government
