Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 20 each, 720 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to Texarkana, TX, 75507-5000. IAW FAR 6.301-1, the proposed procurement is for supplies which cannot be obtained through full and open competition because only one responsible source is capable of satisfying the Agency's requirements. This item is restricted to SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION, CAGE Code: 78286, the only known source capable of performing this work in the timeframe required to satisfy the Army's needs. The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. To obtain approval, vendors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package, for review and approval, to the Engineering Directorate (ED) Quality Engineering Division.
