Upon review of the sources that responded to the above referenced notice, the United States Government (USG), the United States Government (USG) Army Contracting Command Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) intends to award on a sole source basis, IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A) entitled “Only One Responsible Source, and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements” for the procurement of post-production support services, inclusive of labor, materials, equipment and equipment transportation, for Apache Attack Helicopter (AH-64D/E) configurations to The Boeing Company, 5000 E McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ. 85215, CAGE Code: 48T42. The AH-64D/E technical data packages are held by The Boeing Company Mesa located at 5000 E McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215. In accordance with FAR 5.2, interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed services are invited to submit a response by 12:00PM CST on 2 December 2019.
