International Vaccine Distribution THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE (SSN) to identify potential sources capable of meeting the following requirements – The government intends to establish a contract vehicle(s) (potentially Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Firm-Fixed-Price contract(s)) to distribute U.S. Government procured vaccines from US points of origin to foreign destinations. The Government has an immediate need to distribute up to 60M doses, with first delivery occurring on/before 30 June 2021, and additional quantities of up to 700-800M doses over a 12-month period. Target locations include countries within Central America, South America, Africa, Europe, and Asia. The recipient countries will expect to receive the doses at a single distribution location, per order. The Government may have a requirement to provide doses to different locations in the same country; and/or to multiple countries, simultaneously. Shipping will be FOB Destination. Potential offerors are encouraged to review the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) prior to providing a response to this posting.
