Performance Work Statement (PWS) with track changes is hereby published for reference only to show the changes from previous PWS. PWS is incorporated in the solicitation Request for Quote (RFQ). The quote due-in date has been extended. Please review Amendment 0002 and all attached/published documents. ************************** Description of the service: This is a non-personal service contract to perform scheduled maintenance at vacant apartment and minor repair of equipment installed at Government leased quarters. Location of the work: The service shall be performed at Government leased quarters located in Livorno area and Pisa area within 35 Kilometers radius of Camp Darby. Performance Period: The performance period will be as follows: 19 September 2022 - 18 September 2023 19 September 2023 - 18 September 2024 19 September 2024 - 18 September 2025 19 September 2025 - 18 September 2026 19 September 2026 - 18 September 2027 Method of Contracting: This will be a Request for Quotation (RFQ) resulting in a Firm-Fixed Price type contract. Issuance of solicitation: The solicitation will be issued after 20 June 2022 Response date: The date will be determined when the solicitation has issued. Site visit/ pre-quote conference: No site visit will be held. A virtual meeting will be held through Microsoft Teams on 28 June 2022, 09:30AM hrs. A Teams invite will be provided to the interested Vendors e-mail addresses to join the mentioned meeting. NOTE: On 18 August 2022 Amendment 0001 and Attachment 4 named " List of Government leased quarters" has been posted. The due-in date has been changed from 22 August 2022 to 01 September 2022. The offeror shall sign the Amendment and return it along with the Request for Quotation ( SF 1449) and all the other documents required by Request for Quotation.
