Note; The Quoters are informed that the the "Price Books" are replaced by the "Revised Price Books" FSC: J059 “Maintenance/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment – Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components” NAICS: 238210 “Electrical Contractors and Other Wire Installation Contractors” Description of the service: This is a service to perform Maintenance and Repairs of Electrical, Mechanical and Safety Control Systems of Automatic Gates and Light Barriers in the USAG-ITALY, DMC Areas. Availability of Funds: This requirement is SAF FY22. This requirement is included or provided for FY22 Financial Plan. Location of the work: The service shall be performed in all US Army Garrison (USAG) Italy, Darby Military Community (DMC) Installations, Tirrenia, Pisa, Italy Performance Period: The performance period will be one Base Year plus Two Option Years. Method of Contracting: This will be a Request for Quotation (RFQ) resulting in a Firm Fixed Price type contract. Issuance of solicitation: The solicitation package together with the description of the service and additional information will be posted around 24 May 2022. Response date: The due-in date for the submittal of quotation is indicated in the solicitation. Site visit: A site visit will be held on 24 May 2022, 09:30 hrs. The meeting point will be at Gate #4 (Camp Darby Gate), Via Vecchia Livornese, San Piero a Grado (Pisa). Not indicating interest as described above does not preclude the offeror from participating in this requirement.
