Description of the service: This is a non-personal service contract to perform Maintenance, Repair and Inspection of Lighting Protection System within USAG Italy DMC. The contractor shall provide Visual Inspections, Maintenance, Assistance and Repairs to Lightning Protection Systems European and USA Military Standards & regulations. Location of the work: Camp Darby Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy. Performance Period: The performance period will be as follows: 23 September 2022 - 22 September 2023 23 September 2023 - 22 September 2024 23 September 2024 - 22 September 2025 23 September 2025 - 22 September 2026 23 September 2026 - 22 September 2027 Method of Contracting: This will be a Request for Quotation (RFQ) resulting in a Firm-Fixed Price type contract. Issuance of solicitation: The solicitation will be issued after 11 July 2022 Response date: 10 August 2022 at 11:00 hrs. Site visit/ pre-quote conference: No site visit will be held. A virtual meeting will be held through Microsoft Teams on 13 July 2022, 09:30AM hrs. A Teams invite will be provided to the interested Vendors e-mail addresses to join the mentioned meeting.
