Notice Type: This is to provide a copy of the Request for Quotation and the attachments to the quoters. FSC: H259 NAICS: 541350 Description of the service: This is a non-personal service(s) contract to Perform Inspections and test for Electrical Distribution Systems in accordance with Italian DPR n 462/2001 at USAG Italy DMC Buildings and Plant. The Contractor shall provide all necessary tools and equipment to perform services under this contract. The Contractor must be an organization certified by “Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico” to perform periodical check on the Electrical systems, as per Italian Law DPR 462/01. The Contractor shall verify, identify and certify the safety level of the electrical and grounding systems, based on requirements detailed by Italian Norms CEI EN 6193-6, CEI EN 50522, CEI 0-14, DPR n.462-2001, D.Lgs 81-2008, for all the buildings and structures listed at point 5.2.1 of this PWS. Location of the work: The service shall be performed in Camp Darby Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy. Performance Period: The performance period is: 15 July – 31 December 2022. Method of Contracting: This will be a Request for Quotation (RFQ) resulting in a Firm-Fixed Price type contract. Issuance of solicitation: The solicitation will be issued on 04 April 2022 Response date: 04 May 2022, 12:00 PM “noon” (Local time, Rome, Italy) (Due-in date for the submittal of quotation) Site visit/ pre-quote conference: No site visit will be held. A virtual meeting will be held through Microsoft Teams on 11 April 2022, 10:00AM hrs. A Teams invite will be provided to the interested Vendors e-mail addresses to join the mentioned meeting.
