The quote due date has been changed from 10 December 2021 (12:00 PM) to 13 December 2021 (12:00 PM). ****************** Solicitation Number: W58D2M-22-Q 0001 “Camp Darby Bus Contract for International School of Florence and Canadian School of Florence” Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial information found at FAR 13 and as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is W58D2M22Q0001 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) Para iii with latest (Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06 published in the Federal Register on June 10, 2021). (iv) This part, except for Subpart 19.6, applies only in the United States or its outlying areas. This procurement is not a set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 485410. (v) The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to provide a contract for “Camp Darby Bus Contract for International School of Florence and Canadian School of Florence”, for (1) base period, plus four (4) option years. Quoters are required to indicate the unit price and the total cost on the attached Request for Quotation W58D2M22Q0001 (Attachment# 1). (vi) Description of the requirements for the items being required: this combined synopsis/solicitation is to provide a contract for “Camp Darby Bus Contract for International School of Florence and Canadian School of Florence”, for (1) base period, plus four (4) option years, as described on the attached Performance Work Statement. (vii) Dates and places of delivery and acceptance and FOB point: Required Period of Performance: 03 January 2022 – 17 June 2022 (Base period) 18 June 2022 – 17 June 2023 (Option year one) 18 June 2023 – 17 June 2024 (Option year two) 18 June 2024 – 17 June 2025 (Option year three) 18 June 2025 – 17 June 2026 (Option year four) Location: The work will be performed by USAG, Camp Darby, Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy. This contract will utilize Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) which is a secure Web-based System for electronic invoicing, receipt and acceptance. The WAWF application enables electronic form submission of Invoices and Government Inspection and Acceptance documents in order to support DOD’s goal of moving to a paperless acquisition process. (x) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) is not applicable to this acquisition.
