SEE BELOW REVISED AND / OR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Description of the service: This is a service to perform “Core Compliance Support at Darby Military Community (DMC)”. The Contractor shall provide non-personal service(s). Acting as an independent consultant and not as an agent of the US Government, the Contractor shall provide specialized services to accomplish the tasks listed in the Performance Work Statement. The PWS contains the requirements needed to support the environmental engineering and compliance program for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Environmental Division (ED) at United States Army Garrison (USAG) Italy Darby Military Community (DMC), Italy. The PWS describes the tasks to be accomplished under this project. The environmental media typically managed by the Garrison includes but is not limited to the following: air emissions, drinking water, waste water, storm water, underground and above ground storage tanks, pollution prevention (P2)/green procurement, internal Environmental Performance Assessments System (EPAS)/environmental inspections, spill prevention and response, hazardous material management, solid waste management, hazardous waste management, asbestos, lead-based paint, Garrison environmental training, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and PCB transformers (PCT), pest management, and noise compliance. Performance Period: The performance period will be as follows: Base Year: 01 February 2022 – 31 January 2023 Option Year One: 01 February 2023 – 31 January 2024 Option Year Two: 01 February 2024 – 31 January 2025 Option Year Three: 01 February 2025 – 31 January 2026 Option Year Four: 01 February 2026 – 31 January 2027 Method of Contracting: This will be a Request for Quotation (RFQ) resulting in a Firm-Fixed Price type contract.
