Location of the work: The service shall be performed in all buildings protected by extinguishing systems placed in Camp Darby and Depot Areas and Ammunition Storage Area (ASA). Performance Period: The performance period will be as follows: Base Year: 29 September 2021 – 28 September 2022 Option Year One: 29 September 2022 – 28 September 2023 Option Year Two: 29 September 2023 – 28 September 2024 Method of Contracting: This will be a Request for Quotation (RFQ) resulting in a Firm-Fixed Price type contract. Issuance of solicitation: 28 June 2021 Response date: 28 July 2021, 12:00 PM “noon” (Local time, Rome, Italy) (Due-in date for the submittal of quotation) Site visit: A site visit will be held on 15 July 2021, 14:00 hrs. The meeting point will be at Gate #4 (Camp Darby Gate), Via Vecchia Livornese, San Piero a Grado (Pisa), Italy.
