This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W56ZTN26QA002, and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) requires the supply and delivery of potable, bottled spring water--not purified water--to Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) and Adelphi Laboratory Center (Adelphi), Maryland. The requirement includes providing spring water in bottles that meet the specifications outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), performing maintenance on Government owned water coolers, and furnishingemergency water deliveries with short notice turnaround when required.This requirement will be solicited as a competitive small business set aside and will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a five year period of performance.The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 8960, and the corresponding Product Service Code (PSC) is 312112.See attachments.
