This is a non-personal services contract to provide Pavement Clearance (Removal of snow and ice at Aberdeen Proving Ground Maryland (hereinafter, “APG”), which incorporates APG North (AA) Only. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided. Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in the PWS. 9/25/24-Solicitation Amendment 0001 issued providing the Bid Schedule of Events needed for proposals and extending the due date and time for proposals to 03 October 2024 at 12:00 p.m. Amendment 0001 located in the attachment section of this solicitation.
