The U.S. Government is seeking sources for Lab Services, Maintenance, and Calibration of Instrumentation at the Edgewood Area Wastewater Treatment Plant (EA-WWTP) at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is a non-personal services contract to provide Lab Services, Maintenance, and Calibration of Instrumentation. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform all Lab Services, Maintenance, and Calibration of Instrumentation tasks and frequencies as described and defined in the PWS. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT Market Survey. THERE IS NO SOLICATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. Any information submitted by respondents to this sources sought is strictly voluntary. This market survey does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) or a request for sealed bids (IFB), nor does it issuance restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay respondents for any information that they submit in response to this Sources Sought request. The United States Army Contracting Command, Tenant Division, Facilities Branch is conducting this sources sought market survey to determine potential sources capable of providing Lab Services, Maintenance, and Calibration of Instrumentation at the Edgewood Area Wastewater Treatment Plant (EA-WWTP) at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. Company must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM). Contractors are encouraged to obtain further information on SAM registration at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES (IN FULL OR IN PART) OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. All Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered.
