This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, firm fixed-price opportunity for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to patch and repaint approximately 6,800 square feet (about 40 rooms) across the lobby, corridors, and offices on the 1st, 3rd, and 4th floors of Building 6010 at 6590 Reconnaissance St., Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005. The work includes repairing wall imperfections, applying specified Sherwin Williams paint colors (Shoji White, Ripe Olive, Bermuda Blue), moving and protecting furniture, and removing/disposing of all waste. The period of performance is twelve months from award, and work must begin within thirty business days of contract award. Offerors must demonstrate a minimum of five years' experience patching and repainting walls, and the government will award based on technical capability and price. Contractors must comply with installation security requirements, including obtaining an APG visitor pass, completing AT Level I training, and working within normal business hours.
