REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. This market survey does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) or a request for sealed bids (IFB), nor does it issuance restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay respondents for any information that they submit in response to this Sources Sought request. The United States Army Contracting Command, Tenant Division, Facilities Branch is conducting this source sought market survey to determine potential sources capable of providing Construction Waste Management (Landfill) capabilities services for Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) in support of Directorate of Public Works (DPW). The purpose of this Market Research is to identify sources that can provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, other items, and non-personal services necessary to support Solid Waste Landfill contract in accordance with the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). The landfill shall be within a 25-mile radius of Aberdeen and Edgewood Areas of Aberdeen Proving Ground. Company must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM). Contractors are encouraged to obtain further information on SAM registration at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR 8 (a) SMALL BUSINESSES (IN FULL OR IN PART) OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. All Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
