This is a SOURCES SOUGHT Market Survey. THERE IS NO SOLICATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. Any information submitted by respondents to this sources sought is strictly voluntary. This market survey does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) or a request for sealed bids, nor does it issuance restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay respondents for any information that they submit in response to this Sources Sought request. The U.S. Government is seeking sources to support this is a non-personal services contract to provide Sludge removal from Aberdeen Proving Ground’s South Wastewater Treatment Plant. The purpose of this Market Research is to identify sources that can provide Sludge Removal Services as found listed und NACIS code 562211; Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal. The NAICS Code was identified through a review of the U.S. Census Bureau’s website at http://www.census.gov/naics/ where Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal was listed as a corresponding index category. The NAICS code 562211 was considered and selected as hazardous waste (HW) operation support at APG as defined in the performance work statement (PWS). The size standard is $41.5 million. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement and Annexes. Company must be registered and have an active record with System for Award Management (SAM). Contractors are encouraged to obtain further information on SAM registration at the following website: https://www.sam.gov BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES (IN FULL OR IN PART) OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. A single award will be made and all Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered.
