This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06. The solicitation number is W56ZTN-20-R-0006. This requirement is under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, with a Business Size Standard in value is $8,000,000.00. The solicitation is being issued as a 100% 8(a) small business set-aside. OTHER THAN 8(a) SMALL BUSINESS NEED NOT APPLY. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract under FAR Part 12, The Contractor shall provide all chemicals, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, technical expertise and incidental services necessary to provide water treatment chemicals to heating and cooling systems and associated equipment in accordance with the attached specifications.
