The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to issue a solicitation for a single requirements type of Indefinite Delivery contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task orders for performing and completing the compliance forest management services at Aberdeen Proving Ground of Maryland. Forest management at APG is comprised of two primary focus areas - forest resource compliance and forest resource management. This acquisition will be one (1) base year and four (4) one-year options. All work will be performed on individual task orders. The solicitation will be issued on or about 01 June 2020 via beta.SAM. The solicitation number is W56ZTN-20-R-0003, hard copies of the solicitation will not be issued. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the Wide Point of Entry (WPE) for the solicitation release and all subsequent amendments. This solicitation will be issued as a competitive small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 115310 and the size standard is $8 million. The performance work statement (PWS) will be included in the solicitation W56ZTN-20-R-0003. All small business certified companies are invited to submit proposals which will be considered by ACC-APG. All technical data required to respond to the solicitation will be furnished as part of the solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06. The Government intends to award a single requirement type of Indefinite Delivery contract with Firm Fixed Pricing (FFP) for performing and completing the compliance forest management services at Aberdeen Proving Ground of Maryland. Forest management at APG is comprised of two primary focus areas - forest resource compliance and forest resource management. This acquisition will be one (1) base year and four (4) one-year options. All work will be performed on individual task orders. The requirement will be acquired by utilizing lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) method. The evaluation methodology for the procurement consist of three factors: Technical, Past Performance, and Price. These factors will be evaluated on an “acceptable” or “unacceptable” basis. This acquisition is in accordance with FAR Parts 12, 13 and 15.
