The Associated North America Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238290, Business Size Standard is $16.5 million. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-04. The Government intends a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) base award with four (4) one-year options for maintenance, inspection and repairs of Elevators at Aberdeen Proving Ground of Maryland. The service requirement will be acquired by utilizing lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) method. The evaluation methodology for the procurement consist of three factors: Technical, Past Performance, and Price. These factors will be evaluated on an “acceptable” or “unacceptable” basis. This acquisition is in accordance with FAR Parts 12, 13 and 15. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to issue a solicitation for a services contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for performing and completing maintenance, inspection and repair of Elevators at Aberdeen Proving Ground of Maryland. This acquisition will be one (1) base year and four (4) one-year options. All work will be performed on a monthly basis. The solicitation will be issued on or about March 15, 2020, under the contract opportunities at beta.SAM.gov. The solicitation number is W56ZTN-20-Q-0001 (Formally Posted as W56ZTN-20-R-0004) hard copies of the solicitation will not be issued.
