This post-closing Amendment is intended for those Offerors who did not receive Phase 1 MATOC awards, but who have been included in the competitive range and have been sent Evaluation Notice (EN)/Discussion letters. This notice confirms letters were emailed to all Offerors, who submitted proposals in response to the solicitation, on 26 September 2020. Those offerors should have received an emal from the Contracting Officer, Mr. Gary Lane. Please review those emails and the contents of amendment 0012 for further details and instructions.
