This amendment revises the Performance Work Statement, the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, and the CLIN pricing structure. Changes to the PWS include adding an IDIQ maximum ceiling, updating collaboration and data rights language, adjusting reasonable adjustment terms, and modifying the standard cohort size for Adaptive Manufacturing. The solicitation updates include revised CLINs, clarified delivery/acceptance location, updated award structure and IDIQ ceiling, and amendments to technical capability, past performance, price requirements, data rights, and SAM.gov registration. The CLIN Pricing Matrix removes six-month extension CLINs and adds separate remote and in-person instruction CLINs for the Data Analytics program. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
