The contractor must provide all necessary resources to deliver Commercial Internet Service for two locations at Ft. Bliss, Texas and the William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC) campus. The work must be performed at these specified locations, requiring the contractor to have or obtain access to Ft. Bliss. All work related to the service pathway requires approval from WBAMC.
