The U.S. Army Contracting Command-APG (ACC-APG) is requesting a Firm Fixed Price Quotation for Docker Learning Credits Training. The services described below are for a twelve months contract starting on 21 February 2022. The NAICS Code applicable to this acquisition is 611420 – Computer Software Training. This acquisition will be funded with FY2022 Operations and Maintenance Funds Army (OMA) based on availability of funds. The solicitation number is W56JSR-22-Q-0001 and quotations are due within 7 calendar days of this notification, no later than close of business at 10:00 (EST) on 16 February 2022. Product Descriptions –DOCKER LEARNING CREDITS-25,000X CREDITS REDEEMABLE FOR TRAINING, THE LIST PRICE EXCLUDES T&E Docker - Part#: TRNG-CRED-DLC-25000 - Quantity : 2 The Docker Learning Credits will provide fundamentals, learning how to create, deploy, and manage a virtual network. The performance requirements are standard commercial. This requirement supports the CECOM SEC Technical Services, Infrastructure/ Lab Operations. The required base period of performance start date will be 21 February 2022 thru 20 February 2023. The service is performed at the OEM / Owner’s or subcontractor’s facilities, or online through the internet. There are no geographic or location limitations/issues. This training is a commercial product which will meet the Governments specific needs. Various other Government agencies purchase this commercial training product and service. Any deviations from the Part Numbers specified shall be explained in the Offerors response. Contractor CAGE Code, DUNS Number and business type / size. Published Commercial Price, if applicable. Any and all applicable discounts applied to the pricing. Quotes should separately identify any applicable costs associated with meeting the delivery instructions. PROVIDE A COPY OF END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT(s) OR SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ITEMS LISTED ABOVE. If no agreement exists clearly state that in the provided quote. This document is not a purchase order or contract or a promise to issue an award. The Government shall not pay for any submitted information or the cost to submit these items. The contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder. The evaluation will be based upon the base year and any awarded options. The offeror must also be responsive and responsible. Must be certified/authorized to sell Docker Learning Credits Training Must be authorized to sell this product to the U.S. Government, specifically the U.S. Army. The Government reserves the right to issue an award in part or in whole for the items described above. The Government is not obligated to make an award for all or any portion of the items described.
