The U.S. Government requires air medical transportation services in Dodji, Senegal in support of a training exercise. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform airlift (passenger, cargo, and COMBI) services, casualty evacuation (CASEVAC), Personnel Recover (PR) services, limited door-to-door services and command and control throughout the operating area to include fixed-wing operations in accordance with the performance work statement. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price (FFP) type contract. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
