The reason for the amendment is to extend the delivery timeframe from 90 to 150 days. Please sign and submit the amendment if you submitted a proposal before or fill out all documents if you are submitting a new proposal. This requirement is for Weapons Lasers with IR capablities. The Hand Guards are to be attached to an AK-47 and the weapons laser must be compatible with the proposed Hand Guards. The specific salient characteristics are included in the Solicitaiton as well as listed in the attached files.
