This is a Request for Information for market research only, not a solicitation, seeking industry capabilities to develop and sustain the Department of the Army’s CASTLE KEEP Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) reporting portal in the Army Commercial Cloud. The Government anticipates an Industry Day following response evaluation, and the effort will be unrestricted with strong encouragement for participation from all business sizes and socioeconomic categories. Interested vendors must demonstrate capabilities in software development and sustainment, cloud infrastructure as code, cybersecurity testing with red/blue teams, and integration with Government agencies. Contractor personnel must hold active TS/SCI clearances at award and be available from day one, and the vendor would need to lease workspace with NIPRNet and JWICS access. Responses are limited to five pages and must be submitted via email or DOD SAFE.
