This RFI by the U.S. Army seeks to identify sources to provide the requisite engineering services and technical support in the areas of program management, systems engineering, modeling and simulation, development, testing, analysis, and performance evaluations and assessments necessary for C5ISR RD to meet its mission and customer needs. This RFI seeks to award a single contract to provide these services to support various radar program. The objective is to provide C5ISR RD with capabilities and on-site support focused on Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) of technologies and techniques which can affordably be inserted into existing and/or developmental ground based and airborne radar programs to improve performance, functionality, and survivability. The services to be provided by the offeror encompass a wide variety of program support for all elements of the acquisition cycle and the subsequent support of systems in the field.
