Synopsis/Notice of Proposed Contract Action W56KGY23R0001 DIABLO ________________________________________________________ The United States Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), on behalf of Project Director Sensors-Aerial Intelligence (PD SAI) intends to award a contract for Development, Integration, Acquisition, Bridging to Logistics & Operations (DIABLO). ________________________________________________________ Information: Subject: Development, Integration, Acquisition and Bridging to Logistics & Operations (DIABLO) Place of Performance: CONUS/OCONUS locations, as required by individual orders. Product Service Code (PSC): R425 - SUPPORT- PROFESSIONAL: ENGINEERING/TECHNICAL NAICS Code: 334511 - Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing Contract Ceiling: $631,174,066.52 Projected Solicitation Issue Date via SAM.Gov: June/July 2023 ________________________________________________________ Contract Description: PD SAI has a requirement to develop, acquire, field and provide life-cycle support to tactically relevant Aerial Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (AISR) sensors and integrated systems across a broad spectrum of Multiple Intelligence (MULTI-INT) capabilities, including but not limited to: Electro-Optical/Infra-Red (EO/IR), Synthetic Aperture Radar/Ground Moving Target Indicators (SAR/GMTI), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT) and Air Launched Effects (ALE) Electronic Warfare & Cyber Effects. In addition, this contract will address operations, sustainment and depot repair. The proposed acquisition will allow PD SAI portfolio to maintain agility and adaptability in addressing Army modernization goals. ________________________________________________________ Solicitation Information: The Government anticipates the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation in late June 2023 or early July 2023. Potential Offerors are encouraged to subscribe for real-time e-mail notifications when information has been posted to the SAM.Gov website for this solicitation (W56KGY23R0001). The solicitation, when issued, will identify the proposal submission due date. The anticipated timeline for proposal submission is 45 calendar days after posting. Potential offerors are encouraged to review the Draft Request for Proposal currently posted on SAM.Gov and follow the steps to obtain access to CUI documents. The Government intends to award a Single Award IDIQ contract as a result of this solicitation. The proposed contract action is full & open competition.
