This sources sought notice is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. All business types can respond to this notice. Your response to this notice will be treated as information only. There are two attachments to this notice: RFI_Multiple Award for Posting and RFI - Update - Poland FMS - For Posting. The first attachment, titled RFI_Multiple Award for Posting, relates to a potential Product Director Aerostats multiple award task order contract. The second attachment, titled RFI - Update - Poland FMS - For Posting, relates to a potential foreign military sales case, which the Government is contemplating to solicit as a task order under the aforementioned multiple award task order contract. While previous respondents are not required to submit new detailed responses to this notice, and are given the option to refer to the Government to prior responses, the Government requests that, at a minimum, updated cost and schedule information is submitted for respondents interested in RFI - Update - Poland FMS - For Posting. The Government intends to offer one on one virtual sessions with industry. If you are interested in participating in a 30-60 minute session with the Government, to discuss your offering or provide information relevant to this posting, send an email to the listed points of contact within 14 days of this posting. Sessions will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis, following the close of this sources sought notice. This session is not intended to replace any written response; rather it is intended to supplement any information provided to the Government.
