This is a Request for Information (RFI) only for planning purposes to explore a dual-contract acquisition strategy for worldwide Electromagnetic Warfare systems lifecycle management. The Government is considering one Single Award IDIQ contract for systems integration and one Multiple Award IDIQ contract for capabilities and equipment. Each contract is planned with a five-year base period and one five-year option period. The performance location is worldwide. Responses to the RFI are due no later than 16 FEB 2026 and are limited to 5 pages.
