This Request for Proposal (RFP) has hereby been amended to incorporate technical volume page limit (15 pages) and responses to questions received. For more specific information regarding this requirement, please refer to the following attachments: (1) Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Amendment 0001, (2) Statement of Objectives (SOO), and (3) Cloud Computing and Atlassian Services Questions and Responses. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-07 Effective 10 August 2022. The solicitation number for this requirement is W56KGY-22-R-0020. This requirement is being solicited as a Full and Open Competition among Business concerns represented by NAICS Code 541330. This procurement is being conducted using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures authorized in FAR Part 13.5 (Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items). The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) proposal. Period of Performance is a based period of 12 months with two (2) 12-month Option periods. INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION TO OFFERORS: Description of Requirement: The U.S. Army Contracting Command-APG (ACC-APG) on behalf of Project Manager, Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PM PNT) is requesting a Firm Fixed Price Proposal for Cloud Computing and Atlassian Services. The Contractor shall provide a cloud-hosted Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) as well as license management and software support for 200 users with the most current versions of Atlassian software.
