Full Description of the requirements is as follows: The Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland and Product Director Electronic Attack (PdD EA) are conducting market research. The purpose of this market survey is to identify parties that have an existing product in their product line capable of equipping the U.S. Army’s program of record Group 1 unmanned aircraft system (UAS), the RQ-11B Raven, with an Electronic Warfare (EW) capability. Of interest are high maturity systems. Mandatory Requirements: Must be capable of being carried as a payload(s) on the U.S. Army's currently fielded Group 1 UAS (RQ-11B Raven) Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of TRL-8 or TRL-9 System must be capable of reprogramming between flights System must be capable of identifying or characterizing targeted emitters System must be capable of locating or localizing targeted emitters Other Information Requirements: Provide cost estimates Specify whether your solution(s) is available in a single payload or is mission configurable. Describe signal types the system is able to intercept and identify. Describe signal types for which the system has an electronic attack (EA) capability Describe if signal identification occurs onboard the payload or requires ground processing. Identify RF range Identify Direction Finding/Geo-location accuracy Identify Size, Weight, and Power consumption (watts) of the payload(s) Identify Size, Weight, and Power consumption (watts) of the ground-station Identify Receiver Sensitivity Identify Receiver Selectivity Identify Receiver Bandwidth Identify Azimuth coverage Identify number of receiver channels available to search/stare Identify capability to record intercept files Identify capability to record In-phase and quadrature (I/Q) data Describe key features of your system (capabilities your system does better than competitors) Describe any unique capabilities of your system.
