Solicitation Number W56KGY-19-R-E001 has been assigned to this Market Research for reference purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids/proposals. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this announcement. The AN/GLM-11 (V) 2, the Universal Test Set (UTS), provides a rapid go/no-go evaluation for all U.S. dismounted and mounted Counter Radio-Controlled Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare (CREW) systems. This test set provides the warfighter a rapid and easy method to verify the proper operation of a CREW system prior to deploying. The AN/GLM-11(V) 2 provides the operational/field level capability suitable for performing these tests. The AN/GLM-11 (V) 2 is capable of detecting CREW systems faults that would otherwise go undetected and thus could allow personnel to enter into dangerous situations without the protection of properly functioning CREW systems. Full Description of the requirements is as follows: The Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland and Product Director Electronic Attack(PdD EA) are conducting market research. The purpose of this market survey is to identify parties qualified and nterested in becoming the prime contractor for this effort. PdD EA anticipates a requirement for production of sustainment hardware of the Universal Test Set: Limitations: The Government does not own complete detailed design/fabrication documentation, software source code, or the technical data package for the Universal Test Set listed above to provide to a third party. Technical data is the property of the original equipment manufacturer, Textron Systems, 124 Industry lane, Hunt Valley, MD 21030. The security requirements for this effort will be as follows: Unclassified This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no formal solicitation package is available. Solicitation Number TBD has been assigned to this market survey for reference purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids/proposals. Interested parties may identify their capability to meet all or portions of the requirements by submitting an unclassified white paper, technical data and past performance data. Respondents must also address the following items: 1. Company Name, Contact Name, Position, Telephone, Email, and Company URL. 2. Corporate capability to include available facilities to execute requirements, Facility Clearance and safeguarding levels, Cage code, and DUNs number. White paper and additional data must be provided to this office no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on 19 February 2019. Only responses received by this date will be considered.
